Refund eligibility requires:
✓ 100% course completion (≥80% effective viewing time)
✓ At least 1 one-on-one coaching session
✓ Active use of the learning system
✓ Application submitted between Day 45–60 from purchase
✓ Courses paid through HRDCorp Claim are not eligible for individual student refund.

Refunds are subject to deduction of bank charges and
administrative fee (RM 199).
