Walk-in Guests: A damage deposit RM200 deposit is required upon arrival.

You should be reimbursed within 7 working days of check-out with T&C. Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property, breach house rules, review scoring and comments. Please note that in the event that there is additional damage or significant effort required for property recovery identified after the initial inspection, we reserve the right to request additional funds to cover the incurred expenses.
