The M6x 250.5 is designed to connect to a multi-channel pre-amplifier or AV processor, either by its XLR or RCA inputs. For bi-amplification purposes, for example when handling a high-quality pair of front speakers, the amplifier modules can also be linked by the RCA “through” outputs. Each channel also boasts a pair of premium gold-plated speaker terminals. Operation is then effortlessly simple, particularly when connected with the Trigger in-/outputs.

Once connected, each of the five individual modules within the M6x 250.5 are ready to send 250W of class A/B power to your speakers, delivering the same level of sonic accuracy and enjoyment that Musical Fidelity fans around the world have enjoyed for many years in the stereo arena. These modules are powered by super-silent audiophile-grade power transformers, which results in a high dynamic range and a detailed soundstage.

The large, metal chassis for the M6x 250.5 is more than just an elegant housing for the intricate electronics. It’s also cleverly designed to be both intuitive in set-up and quiet in operation. All the connections are clearly marked for easy integration into a system, and the front panel gives you a clear understanding of what is going on with the amplifier. The sophisticated heatsink design also allows the amplifier to operate without a fan inside, so you can escape further into your music and movies.

The M6x 250.5 is able to preserve all the details and emotion of a movie soundtrack. It delivers amazing load-driving ability and unconditional stability. Drawing on years of technical experience and class-leading stereo sound, it is a multi-channel power amplifier for people who care about getting the best performance from their home cinema.
