Lifetime Premium Custody (LPC1500) (2 sets)*:
1. Complimentary: Subsidy on Grant of Probate Service (legal fee only) up to RM5,000
2. Additional 1 time complimentary will rewriting & 50% discount on any future will rewriting.
3. Entry age 18-70 years old at the date of this receipt.
4. A 50% refund will be issued if the testator passed away within two years from the date stated on this receipt and no subsidy on GP will be given.
5. The testator will sign total 3 copies of Will (1 original & 2 duplicates), 1 duplicate will be given to testator for his/her own safekeeping.
6. This custody package is strictly non-transferrable after finalizing the will.
