Sound therapy is available anywhere and at any time. It can be practiced at home, in the office, in the car, while working, chatting, or relaxing.
Simply put on headphones or turn on your speakers (a gentle sound is enough) to enter a healing state at any time.

Once sound therapy is initiated, there’s no need to sit still or stop what you’re doing.
