Exterminex Utilizes 0.1% chlorfluazuron which is a slow acting insect growth regulator. Chlorfluazuron has been proven scientifically that it is non detectable thus does not repel termites and is potent against a wide range of termite species.

chlorfluazuron is an insect growth regulator inhibiting chitin synthesis in insects. Chitin is the main component in the exoskeleton. Chlorfluazuron prevent termite to synthesize chitin to repair exoskeletons when molting. This allows the bait to disrupt and hinder the growth of termite which will eventually kill the entire colony.

Treatment installation and follow up
– Upon complete inspection to identify the active termite area. We will proceed with bait installation at 2 areas which we deem most suitable.
– Follow up checking will be provided to inspect the termite activity and consumption.
– Free bait replenishment is provided if the bait is at low level.
– Replenishment is free until we confirm the termite colony has been completely eradicated.
